I respect your opinion but it has nothing to do with positive thinking. As for the anchoring...well...they're just one way of handling situations. It's as brief as you decided it to be.
I do not try to influence what others write about, but my opinion, if anyone cares, is that NLP is an overblown pseudo-science based mostly on simple common sense, such as "positive thinking". It's just my opinion, mind you. And I have to admit I use a much briefer technique based on my computer programming experience, when I detect thoughts I thin more…
